The program
works like this: Tulip Careers deducts a
flat 12% to cover employer payroll taxes
and administrative costs from the employee's
share of the bill rate. After the deduction,
gross salary is 80.36% of the bill rate
minus elective benefit costs, which are
deducted prior to payment. |
We pay a bonus salary
equal to the difference between your 90%
rate (minus the cost of employer payroll
taxes) and the base salary. The bonus salary
is paid after receipt of payment from the
client. Tulip Careers consultants are responsible
for all expenses (travel, relocation, etc.),
but you may negotiate for reimbursement
directly with the client. |
